Friday Night Feature
This week we have a very special pasta dish made with all the local market gardens have to offer. Penne Pasta will be tossed with sautéed Zucchini, Spring Onion, Radish, Swiss Chard, and Asparagus Tips all in a butter & parmesan cheese sauce and served with a Grilled Slice of Bread straight from the wood fired hearth of McBurney Manor.
The local produce is all from Hostetler’s Naturals in Milroy without a doubt some of the finest early vegetables in the valley.
